Eligibility

To qualify for creating an authorized account ("Account") and becoming a Registered User, you must meet the following criteria at the time of registration:

Please be aware that our platform is not meant for residents of Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh and Nagaland, which we refer to as "Restricted States."

This Agreement remains in effect until either you or Cricsupreme decides to terminate it. Cricsupreme reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice. If you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement, it will terminate immediately without prior notice from us. You also have the option to terminate this Agreement by deleting the service and all related copies from your computer.

Upon termination of this Agreement, you must discontinue all use of the service and delete all copies of it from your computer. Termination of this Agreement does not limit any of Cricsupreme's rights or remedies in case of a breach by you during the term of this Agreement.

Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an agent representing a copyright owner and believe that any material from Cricsupreme constitutes an infringement on your copyright, please contact us with the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing.

Players are not permitted to transmit, publish, engage in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, or in any way exploit any of the materials or content on Cricsupreme, either in whole or in part, without obtaining express written permission from Cricsupreme. Players may request permission to use any Cricsupreme content by contacting Cricsupreme Support.

Players confirm and agree not to display or use the names, marks, logos, trademarks, labels, copyrights, or intellectual and proprietary rights of any third party on Cricsupreme. Players also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cricsupreme, its directors, affiliates, employees, and assigns against all costs, losses, and damages, including litigation costs and counsel fees, in relation to any third-party claims that may be initiated, including claims for infringement of Intellectual Property Rights arising from such display or use of names, marks, logos, trademarks, labels, copyrights, or intellectual rights on Cricsupreme, whether directly by the Player or through the Player’s actions or omissions.

Players hereby grant Cricsupreme and its affiliates, partners, licensors, and associates a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, transfer, transmit, and/or publish Players' Content for purposes that include:

• Displaying Players' Content on Cricsupreme.
• Distributing Players' Content to other Players seeking to download or access it.
• Storing Players' Content in a remote database accessible by end users, for a fee.
• This license applies to the distribution and storage of Players' Content in any form, medium, or technology.

All names, marks, logos, trademarks, labels, proprietary rights, copyrights, and intellectual rights on Cricsupreme that belong to any individual, entity, or third party are recognized as the property of the respective owners. Any claims, disputes, or issues related to these names, logos, marks, labels, trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual and proprietary rights should be addressed directly to the respective parties, with notice to Cricsupreme.

Limitation of Liabilities

By accessing and using Cricsupreme, you agree to do so voluntarily and at your sole risk. Furthermore, you agree not to hold Cricsupreme responsible or liable for any losses or damages, including (but not limited to) accidents, injuries, deaths, or property losses incurred by Users or any other individuals during their participation in contests or the acceptance of any winnings.

Individuals using the services provided by Cricsupreme agree to indemnify Cricsupreme, its directors, employees, partners, associates, and licensors against all responsibilities, liabilities, costs, losses, or expenses arising from their access to contests or entry plans. This includes personal injuries and property damage, whether the harm is direct, indirect, consequential, foreseeable, due to negligence or omission, or otherwise. Neither Cricsupreme nor any third parties will be held responsible for errors or omissions in relation to winnings. By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge your sole responsibility for any consequences resulting from any illegal acts that may occur due to non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, including the provision of incorrect personal information.

You provide your consent to defend and hold Cricsupreme harmless from any third-party claims arising from your involvement with Cricsupreme or your participation in any contests organized on the Cricsupreme platform.

Individuals who are Cricsupreme players using the services provided by Cricsupreme agree that Cricsupreme will not be held responsible. They waive and release all rights, claims, actions, causes of actions, whether known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, against Cricsupreme, its agents, directors, officers, business associates, group companies, sponsors, employees, or representatives for any injuries, accidents, or mishaps related to the services, contests, or contest winnings.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, protect, and hold Cricsupreme harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees and expenses, arising from your use or misuse of the Application, any violation of these Terms, or any breach of the representations, warranties, and covenants made herein.

Cricsupreme reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify Cricsupreme, and you agree to cooperate with Cricsupreme in the defense of these claims. Cricsupreme will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action, or proceeding upon becoming aware of it. You agree that the provisions in this paragraph will survive any termination of your Account or of the Application.

Online Conduct

When using any Interactive Areas, you agree not to post, upload, transmit, distribute, store, create, or otherwise publish any of the following on or through the Cricsupreme:

• Any content, messages, comments, or materials ('User Content') that are unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harmful to minors, indecent, lewd, vulgar, suggestive, harassing, threatening, invasive of another's privacy, abusive, inflammatory, hateful, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable (as determined by Cricsupreme in its sole discretion).

By posting User Content, you represent and warrant that you have the lawful right to transmit, distribute, reproduce, and display such User Content.
• User Content that falsifies or deletes another's attributions, legal notices, or proprietary designations; User Content that impersonates any person or entity or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with Cricsupreme or any other person or entity.
• Unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, campaign or promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or other forms of commercial solicitation and any materials that promote spyware, malware, and downloadable items.
• Private information of any other party, including phone numbers, postal addresses, e-mail addresses, social security information, credit and debit card information, and other financial institution account information.
• User Content that harasses, threatens, or embarrasses another Registered User of the Application or an employee of Cricsupreme or any of its affiliates, including, but not limited to harassing, threatening, or making personal attacks or statements about race, sexual orientation, religion, heritage, et
• User Content that disrupts the Application or the servers or networks connected to the Application, or collects or stores passwords, Account information, or other personal data about users of the Application.
• Software viruses, corrupted data, or other harmful, disruptive, or destructive software, computer code, files, or programs.
• User Content that, in the sole judgment of Cricsupreme, is objectionable, restricts or inhibits any person from using or enjoying the Interactive Areas of the Application, adversely affects the availability of its resources to others, or may expose Cricsupreme or its users to any harm or liability of any type.
• User Content that is harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, vulgar, sexually explicit, defamatory, infringing, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, or in a reasonable person's view, objectionable, including usernames. Hate speech will not be tolerated.
